Finance Assistant

About the role

A fast-growing Facilities Management business in Sunderland have an opportunity for the right candidate to join their Finance team as a Finance Assistant.

This is a part-time position with a salary of £22,000 - £25,000.

The role:

Your key duties will include:

  • Timesheet input

  • Process payroll cycle

  • Input pension amendments and process auto enrolment

  • Pay and pension enquiries

  • Absence Administration

  • Statutory payments and deductions

  • Loading of Interface files

  • Annual pension returns

  • Pension reconciliation and upload to providers portals

The requirements:

  • Strong excel skills, v-lookup, pivot tables

  • Sage 50 payroll desirable

  • Organisation skills as well as good attention to detail
