About the role
A law firm with an enviable reputation are looking to add to their events team in the Newcastle office. This is an exciting opportunity providing administrative support to the events programme, which includes webinars, seminars, corporate hospitality, as well as external conferences and exhibitions. You will provide admin support to all three offices, with two in the North West and one in Newcastle.
About the role:
Support the Events Manager with general event administration
Use the CRM system to create and distribute mailers, and create attendee lists
Organise and coordinate logistics for various events including suppliers and third-party businesses
Research and organize networking events
Set up exhibition stands at events
Any other admin as required
Confident communicator and able to represent the business in welcoming clients and guests
Good relationship builder at all levels
Strong admin skills
Work effectively under pressure, and able to manage changing deadlines
Able to work flexible hours from time to time, and work across different locations
What’s in it for you:
Salary of £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience
