Ecommerce Executive

About the role

After experiencing rapid growth, a global distributor of an established and popular outdoor sports brand is looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their team.

The role will involve managing several global websites and overseeing the day-to-day activities with the aim of driving the online product sales.

This is a fantastic opportunity well-suited for an ambitious individual who is keen to learn and challenge best practice with new ways of thinking.

Based in Darlington, it’s a friendly, modern environment and staff are welcome to dress casually. Hybrid working, flexible start and finish times, and plenty of enhanced benefits are also included.

Daily activities:

  • Deployment of the promotional plan through all digital channels

  • Preparation of new categories and new products for new season and/or new websites

  • Updating, improving, and optimising category pages, tag pages and product listings

  • Arranging translations, via agency or internal teams, for EU language websites

  • Creation and editing of additional brand content pages following brand guidelines

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks

About you:

  • Experience of using Photoshop

  • Experience of using website admin & CMS

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
