About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Experienced in marketing, you will have a creative flare and a keen eye for detail. This is a broad role where you will develop your skillset and get involved in creating some compelling content and campaigns for our rapidly expanding business.

The role is based in Newcastle upon Tyne with hybrid working available.

Role

You will be creating successful marketing campaigns, managing our social media platforms, and carrying out website maintenance to spread the word about our work. You need to be a dynamic and strategic individual, as you will be leading the content creation and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Building successful marketing campaigns from scratch, including engaging copy and relevant audience targeting

• Reporting on performance using Google Analytics

• Optimising online content using SEO and keyword analysis

• Management of NRG social media channels including job posting, news, EVP content, and sponsored advertising

• Website maintenance

• Event management, including event promotion across social media and event planning on Eventbrite booking tool.

• Evaluate, measure, report and feedback on all results and campaign performance

Requirements

• 2+ years marketing experience

• Ability to build effective professional relationships

• Multi-channel marketing with creative brand communications and campaigns

• Demonstrable ability to manage digital campaigns and drive performance

• Effective communication skills, including written reports and presentations

• Be organised, adaptable and responsive
