About the role
A major enterprise client of ours is currently seeking a hands-on Data Archiving Support Analyst to manage and monitor day-to-day archiving activities. This role is not strategic or senior but it’s about executing archiving jobs, ensuring stability and flagging any issues, rather than designing or leading initiatives.
The successful candidate will work alongside internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure archiving tasks are run correctly and consistently, with minimal supervision required.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and monitor data archiving jobs across systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate where necessary
- Monitor archiving performance and system health
- Liaise with offshore BASIS support as needed
- Provide status updates and ensure tasks are completed to schedule
- Follow internal processes and documentation standards
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of data archiving processes (production-level execution)
- Able to operate independently in a remote setting
- Reliable and responsive to direction from technical leads
- Comfortable with routine, repetitive workload
- Must be UK-based and eligible to work inside IR35
The role is INSIDE IR35 - this is a non-negotiable and will be an initial 3 month term with a possible 3 month extension after that.
