Exciting Career Opportunity - Quantity Surveyor - House Builder - North East

With lots of exciting plans in the pipeline, now is the perfect time to join a dynamic and growing house builder in the North East!

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join the team at their North East office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering affordable homes and contributing to the continued success of a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third-party providers, and sub-contractors.

  • Assist in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.

  • Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in new homes.

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.

  • Full UK driving license and flexible attitude to business needs.
