Salary: £110,000 – £140,000 + Bonus + Management Incentive Plan

Join Hubexo - a global leader in construction technology - as our VP Global Financial Controller and take charge of delivering financial clarity across a complex, international software developer operating in 26 countries.
This pivotal role is responsible for leading all aspects of global financial control, with a sharp focus on group consolidation of accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple jurisdictions. You'll unify reporting standards and drive consistency using shared systems and tools.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the global consolidation of group accounts, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting across all entities
Oversee core Finance Operations: AP/AR, Tax, Accounting, and Group Reporting
Implement a unified ERP system and streamline financial processes
Collaborate with senior leaders and regional finance heads on planning, KPIs, and strategic reporting
Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence and integration of acquired businesses
We’re looking for:
15+ years’ experience in finance leadership, including deep expertise in group-level consolidation and IFRS reporting
A strong track record in fast-growth, PE-backed, or SaaS / tech businesses
Experience of change / growth including ERP migration and integration experience
Excellent leadership skills motivating and developing large, international teams
A results-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
