Experience and Track Record

Operating across all business disciplines with a strong track record of senior leadership and executive appointments within finance, sales & marketing, operations and supply chain. Assignments typically at senior executive level including Chief Executive, Managing Director and HR Director as well as Non-Executive appointments.

Scot's long-lasting relationships with the most talented leaders in their respective industries combined with market-leading insight adds value to each assignment. His strong network, business intelligence and sound judgement ensures a thorough talent mapping exercise for each appointment.

Diversity Champion

Scot is a Diversity champion in the workplace. His commitment towards an executive search practice of conscious inclusion and culture add is evidenced by helping to launch and establish NRG's Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in the North East networking group.  The group brings together business leaders and HR professionals to share their experiences and discuss how to create a fully inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.

Scot spent over 20 years within a variety of plc organisations in the banking, leisure and automotive sectors prior to moving into recruitment. During this time, he had considerable board level exposure. He has valuable insight into organisational behaviour and strategy during periods of start-up, business transformation and change, acquisition and disposal.
