A housing provider based on the outskirts of Newcastle are looking for a Customer Advisor to join their team.
They offer flexible working, 25 days paid leave (plus bank holidays) with a starting salary of £20,679.
You will be at the forefront of the business, providing an effective and professional frontline service by performing a wide range of practical support and administrative duties relating to property management. This involves dealing with customers, contacts, and colleagues.
If customer service is important to you, there is plenty of opportunity to shine. In this role, you will ensure that relationships with customers, both external and internal, result in the best possible customer service.
Maybe you have worked in a customer-facing role previously or have a good admin background and would like to incorporate the two in your next role. Contact centre or help desk experience would be an advantage coupled with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
