About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and passionate Communications Lead to take on a challenging role within a rapidly expanding company.
In this role you will create and deliver effective communication and engagement initiatives across their customer service operation.
The salary is £29,000 plus benefits.
This is an exciting time to join the team as the company are currently going through a digitalisation and transformation programme that has already delivered significant business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and deliver communication across the customer service operation
Ensuring all communication is aligned to the wider business communication strategies standards, tone and brand
Working with the senior leadership team to develop engagement activities, reward and recognition programmes and other incentives
Ensuring the communication and engagement programmes are within budget
About you:
Previous experience in a communications role
Be passionate, engaging, creative and innovative
Able to create strong working relationships across multiple departments and business areas
Experience of working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, ambitious, and determined
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Great attention to detail
