Client Services Manager

About the role

We are currently recruiting a client services manager on behalf of one of our key legal clients, for their office on the outskirts of Newcastle.

This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with flexible working available.

Working within a high-performing and busy team, you will be supporting lawyers and partners.

About the role:

  • Document production and management to company standards

  • Managing records containing sensitive information

  • Updating contact records and keep CRM system up to date

  • Administrative tasks for the team

  • Book travel and accommodation, schedule meetings and diary management

  • Deal with clients via email and phone

About you:

  • Experience as a legal secretary or paralegal, preferably within a commercial law firm

  • Fully conversant with MS Office packages

  • Work well under pressure.

  • Strong communicator
