About the role
We are currently recruiting a client services manager on behalf of one of our key legal clients, for their office on the outskirts of Newcastle.
This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with flexible working available.
Working within a high-performing and busy team, you will be supporting lawyers and partners.
About the role:
Document production and management to company standards
Managing records containing sensitive information
Updating contact records and keep CRM system up to date
Administrative tasks for the team
Book travel and accommodation, schedule meetings and diary management
Deal with clients via email and phone
About you:
Experience as a legal secretary or paralegal, preferably within a commercial law firm
Fully conversant with MS Office packages
Work well under pressure.
