A professional services business, with national reach, are looking to recruit a Trainee Property Sales Advisor for their Newcastle office.
The role is offered on a permanent basis, working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday in the office. Full training and mentorship will be provided, and this opportunity would suit someone at the start of their career.

About the role:
Manage a property portfolio, delivering client requirements within agreed service level agreements.
Maintain accurate records for each property, upholding company procedures and client requirements.
Work on key performance indicators, including time to sell, price achieved, and percentage under offer.
Communicate in a professional manner with clients and other parties to the business.
Manage all incoming post and emails.
Assist senior property sales advisors and other team members.
