Trainee Property Sales Advisor

About the role

A professional services business, with national reach, are looking to recruit a Trainee Property Sales Advisor for their Newcastle office.

The role is offered on a permanent basis, working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday in the office. Full training and mentorship will be provided, and this opportunity would suit someone at the start of their career.

About the role:

  • Manage a property portfolio, delivering client requirements within agreed service level agreements.

  • Maintain accurate records for each property, upholding company procedures and client requirements.

  • Work on key performance indicators, including time to sell, price achieved, and percentage under offer.

  • Communicate in a professional manner with clients and other parties to the business.

  • Manage all incoming post and emails.

  • Assist senior property sales advisors and other team members.
