Job Title: Service Desk Triage

Length: 6 months fixed term contract

Salary: £20,000 Pro Rata

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear

About the role:

We are thrilled to announce that NRG are currently recruiting for a role based in Newcastle, working for an established IT company. This role will involve you displaying strong customer service skills as you will be working in a telephony basis receiving inbound calls regarding IT issues various individuals are experiencing. You will then log the issue and escalate it to the appropriate IT professional.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to expand their customer service skills and IT skills, as well as gaining exposure to an IT helpdesk type environment.

Skills needed to be successful in role:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and work in a timely manner
  • Good understanding of IT (training will be provided)
