About the role
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join a worldwide renowned company based in Cramlington.
This role is based on site, hybrid working is not available.
The opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised candidate with excellent communication skills to join the QSHE and Operational Excellence department to maintain the management system and support various administrative tasks within the operational environment.
You role:
- Be accountable for monitoring, tracking, and updating work instructions 
- Update company intranet, ensuring it remains current and up to date 
- Have responsibility for our online training system including reformatting training, issuing, and following up completion status, and managing employee’s discounts 
- Maintaining risk assessment system 
- Generate and distribute system reports 
- Organise monthly briefing schedules, updating briefs and communication through various channels 
- Management of Director’s diary and emails, collating monthly reports, always ensuring confidentiality 
- Maintaining contractor management system 
- General office duties 
- You should be able to challenge at all levels of the business and be competent in the use of MS Packages with attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines 
Benefits:
- Salary between £21,652 and £25,472 dependent on experience 
- 25 days holiday plus 3 fixed days at Christmas and 8 Bank Holidays
