About the role
A global professional services business who provides design services to the built environment, are looking to appoint a PA into their Leeds office.
This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months to provide maternity cover. You will be supporting two senior executives in the North West and Yorkshire regions.
As an experienced PA you will develop a good understanding of how the business works. This is an important role in helping plan, deliver and develop strategy for the business, and provide executive administrative support.
About the role:
Develop and plan strategy for the business
Involvement in executive level decision making for the wider business
Diary and inbox management
Executive level administrative duties
Organise meetings, set agendas and take minutes
Previous experience supporting ass a PA at executive level
Organised, proactive and assertive whilst being approachable and calm under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills- able to influence and use own initiative
Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
Indepth knowledge of MS Office and Teams
Discreet and able to manage high levels of confidentiality
