Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new opportunity?
A charity in Newcastle has an opportunity for a People Business Partner to join their People function on a fixed-term 12-month contract.
The role reports into the Senior HR Business Partner and will be responsible for delivering a proactive and commercial service to internal stakeholders across the business.
Do you have TUPE knowledge/experience?
You will be hands-on, managing casework, TUPE and organisational redesign/restructure together with delivering strategic projects relating to culture, ED&I, reward, and engagement.
In line with shaping their future strategy, this role plays a key part in creating a high-performing organisation by investing in its people. It is vital that staff are supported to deliver services to users.
You will ideally be qualified to CIPD level 5 or have experience in HR generalist roles with a solid understanding of HR systems.
In return, they are offering a basic salary of £40,000, excellent benefits and a hybrid working model.
