We have an exciting opportunity for a People Services Advisor to join a successful global organisation based in Newcastle.

The role holder will primarily work with employees and the wider people team delivering advice, support, administration, and coordination for a defined sub-region.

All activities will reflect the philosophy of the People plan.

They have recently implemented a new HR system, and you will be involved in the rollout of this exciting new offering.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Provide advice and coordination of people activity through effective communication

• Have an awareness of business teams and the environment and markets in which they work

• Use sound judgement to understand context, make connections and build relationships

• Provide a proactive service, enabling employees to become empowered

• Be studying towards or be a qualified CIPD
