We have an exciting opportunity for a People Services Advisor to join a successful global organisation based in Newcastle.

The role holder will primarily work with employees and the wider people team delivering advice, support, administration, and coordination for a defined sub-region.
All activities will reflect the philosophy of the People plan.
They have recently implemented a new HR system, and you will be involved in the rollout of this exciting new offering.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Provide advice and coordination of people activity through effective communication
Have an awareness of business teams and the environment and markets in which they work
Use sound judgement to understand context, make connections and build relationships
Provide a proactive service, enabling employees to become empowered
Be studying towards or be a qualified CIPD
