About the role
We are working with a fantastic national charity to hire a People Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract. This individual will work closely within the People and Organisation Development team, providing professional support to colleagues and managers in coordinating all People related activity. This role is based within Sunderland.

Working as a People Administrator will see you being the first point of contact for the People and Organisation Development team, supporting colleagues with People related queries, and working with your colleagues to ensure seamless processes between teams.
Be the first point of contact for the POD team
Support colleagues with People related queries
Ensure data is processed and maintained onto the People systems accurately and in a timely way
Gather and report on statistical information, accurately and in a timely manner
Administration experience is necessary for this role and great IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Excel, are advantageous.
Full training will be given within the first weeks of employment.
