Marketing Executive (Monday to Friday/Hybrid)
Permanent Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to work with our Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant in our Newcastle city centre office. This is a varied role which covers all aspects of marketing in a full-service firm, with a particular focus on content, digital and event management. We are looking for creative flair, a positive attitude and the ability to articulate and influence strategic decisions. You should also know how to build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, be a multi-tasker who is able to prioritise effectively and enjoy working across multiple practice areas.
Role:
Content
Develop and maintain an engaging content strategy across all platforms utilising analytics and SEO techniques
Content management across all channels, with digital and video being key priorities
Develop marketing content design with the Marketing Assistant using Adobe tools
Ownership of social media strategy, idea generation and execution
Maintain the website, evaluate and manage web performance and update website content
Co-ordinate all email marketing activity, working with the Marketing Assistant
Reporting
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO
Monitor and report on competitor activity
Work with the Senior Marketing Manager/lawyers to gather and evaluate client feedback
Events
Liaise with partners/other lawyers to agree on relevant seminars/events we will deliver
Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing Assistant to manage the following activities:
Co-ordinate the distribution of invitations, monitor responses and manage cancellations for seminars
Prepare supporting materials (literature packs, PowerPoint presentations delegate lists)
Cordinate follow up activity
Database Management
Ensure mailing lists are kept up-to-date and manage all data entry and analysis / report production
Essential Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3 years + of relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the Adobe Suite
Desirable:
Knowledge of pay-per-click would be beneficial but not essential Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
