About the role
A forward-thinking Law Firm with a successful track record are looking to expand their Legal Secretarial Team due to continued contract wins.
Providing a complete service across many practice areas, we are looking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary at their brand-new offices in Newcastle city centre. We are looking to speak with candidates who have had prior experience of working within a legal firm. This role is offered on a full-time basis 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
Audio and copy typing for department
Correctly filing documents both hard copy and electronically
Dealing with firm’s clients
Diary management, arranging appointments and meetings
Fully support fee earners
About you:
Good speed and accuracy when typing
Experience of audio typing
Knowledge of Legal terms
Organised and excellent communication skills
Previous experience of working in a Law Firm
