Legal Secretary

About the role

A forward-thinking Law Firm with a successful track record are looking to expand their Legal Secretarial Team due to continued contract wins.

Providing a complete service across many practice areas, we are looking to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary at their brand-new offices in Newcastle city centre. We are looking to speak with candidates who have had prior experience of working within a legal firm. This role is offered on a full-time basis 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

  • Audio and copy typing for department

  • Correctly filing documents both hard copy and electronically

  • Dealing with firm’s clients

  • Diary management, arranging appointments and meetings

  • Fully support fee earners

About you:

  • Good speed and accuracy when typing

  • Experience of audio typing

  • Knowledge of Legal terms

  • Organised and excellent communication skills

  • Previous experience of working in a Law Firm
