About the role
An award-winning law firm, with a notable presence in the North-East and beyond, have opened a new office in Penrith due to expansion. They are looking to appoint a Legal Secretary to join their Litigation team.
The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective secretarial support to the Litigation department in Penrith.
About the role:
Support the litigation fee earners as much as possible
Audio and copy typing
General firm administration and oversee all administration for litigation files
Process all claims for client-related expenses and personal expenses for the team
Cover reception as required
Cover other departments’ secretarial duties as and when required
Two to three years’ experience in a Legal Secretarial role
Working knowledge of digital diction systems
Experience working within a professional services environment
MS Office experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
