Legal Secretary

About the role

One of Newcastle’s largest law firms, who have clients in the UK and further afield, are seeking to add a Legal Secretary to their Employment Law Team. They have a great reputation for delivering advice and offer a fantastic personal service.

This is a full-time role with flexible working available.

About the role:

  • Provide secretarial support to the fee earners

  • Use a case management system and digital diction to produce documents

  • Liaise with clients and other professionals

  • Manage fee-earners diaries including remote hearing and conference arrangements

  • Admin tasks such as photocopying and file management, document sorting, collating information

About you:

  • Highly organised, enthusiastic and able to multi-task

  • Work independently and part of a team

  • Comfortable working in a busy office environment

  • Knowledge of case management systems and digital dictation systems

​
