About the role
We’re looking for two Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Project Coordinators to join a prestigious, Durham-based University.
These are fixed-term, 18-month contracts to cover a range of activities to support the smooth implementation of the new IWMS system.
The IWMS Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive support services to the IWMS Project Manager in the delivery of the new integrated workplace management solution.
The opportunity
The Estates and Facilities Directorate provides essential services to the University and is responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing the infrastructure of the various campuses.
You will be liaising with stakeholders to ensure the project information is available, report the progress of the project, review project documentation and support with the administration of the project.
You will have:
Good oral and written communication skills
Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office
Five GCSE’s at least Grade C or level four (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
Project management support-related qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Experience providing project advice and guidance
Ability to solve problems and resolve issues

A salary ranging from £23,487 - £26,341 (dependent on experience)
