Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting a small team of Support Technicians.
• Incident management.
• Resolving technical issues.
• Assisting other members of the support team.
• Monitoring case resolutions within the support team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Good understanding of general server, workstation, storage, and networking technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Customer focussed.
• Able to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies.
• Ability to motivate self and others.
