Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a small team of Support Technicians.
- Incident management.
- Resolving technical issues.
- Assisting other members of the support team.
- Monitoring case resolutions within the support team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Good understanding of general server, workstation, storage, and networking technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good documentation skills.
- Customer focussed.
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team.
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies.
- Ability to motivate self and others.
