What you’ll be doing.
Manage and support the global infrastructure and management software including their CRM and payment & billing system. Be responsible for all desktop and office infrastructure – hardware / desktop software / OS / routers & switches etc.Take a lead on planning and implementing changes across the business to ensure upkeep and minimum disruption of business systems. Manage and report against internal SLAs and managing 3rd party performance against SLAs.As a global role, you will work closely with management teams in other regions to achieve their support.What you’ll bring
Good working knowledge in networking and network management (WAN / LAN).MS Office suite including MS Project, SharePoint, Exchange, MS Teams.Microsoft Azure & Intune.Knowledge of business applications including ERP & CRM, ideally with implementation and management expereicne. Proven record in the successful management of 3rd party suppliers.
