About the role
We are currently working with one of the world’s largest, specialist manufactures to recruit a HR Officer to join their newly developing team.
This is a permanent, office-based role in Consett.
The opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Officer to work in a fast paced and wide-ranging role. You will be responsible for first line support for HR queries as well as ensuring compliance for all administration together with the HR data reporting.
You will:
Have experience delivering first line advice to line managers regarding Employee Relation matters
Ensure that the end-to-end lifecycle of the employee is effectively managed
Experience using HR software
Be IT literate including working with Word, Power point, Excel etc
Have up to date working knowledge of employment legislation
Have experience of collating and interpreting HR reports and statistical data
Support with recruitment
Support the wider HR team with generalist tasks
The successful candidate should have recent, previous experience within a HR Officer role with experience providing first line Employee Relations advice as well as a CIPD qualification (or working towards).
How we will reward you:
Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
