Are you looking for a new HR Advisor opportunity?
A leading Educational Organisation in Newcastle have an exciting new opportunity to join their HR function. You will work with various departments in a general HR Adviser level role providing professional advice and support to managers and colleagues regarding HR policies and procedures as well as recruitment.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will create strong connections and establish a reputation as a credible, informed and creative HR professional, coaching managers on matters across the employee lifecycle.
You will also support the implementation of organisational change, including selection, redeployment, redundancy and TUPE.
By supporting the ongoing development of the HR system, you will maintain the integrity of employee data.
This role offers a real generalist approach as well as the opportunity to be involved in HR projects.
