About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Brand to join a fast-growing company with plans to triple the size of the team by 2025. As head of brand, you will be responsible for our external brand strategy and employer value proposition.
The successful candidate may live anywhere in the UK as remote working is available as is flexible working, generous annual leave, and a great benefits package.
Deliver creative and engaging campaigns with our corporate development teams to help engage with new clients and win new business
Manage integrated campaigns and projects including digital and social strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn
Build, lead and develop an effective team and provide expert guidance and support
Manage the employer branding and communicating strategy to engage talented people and support recruitment campaigns
Provide inspiration and direction for the brand team
Consult with the senior leadership team on communications plans, channels, and audiences
Manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
