About the role

A globally recognised automotive firm based in Sunderland have an exciting new vacancy within the automotive parts team.

As the new Finance Inventory Controller, you will take ownership of accurate timely completion of all financial inventory reports.

You will assist the Senior Controller in improving and delivering an efficient month end process, internal reporting and analysis to the business.

What you will get

• Salary £38,000 - £45,000

• 26 days holiday per year plus statutory holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive monthly performance reports

• Perform monthly closing activities for intercompany parts process

• Forecasting of parts inventory to assist the Plant Management/ European team with key decision making

• Support with understanding and reconciling balance sheet accounts

• Support with external audits

About you

• Qualified experienced accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent)

• Strong analysis and spreadsheet skills an advantage

• SAP experience an advantage

• Able to work with large amounts of data
