Digital Messaging - £22,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our contact centre in Leeds is at the heart of our business and we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Digital Messaging team.
As well as helping our customers be better with credit, you will show them the benefits of digital servicing, providing support through our webchat and responding to social media reviews.
New members that join the team can expect full training from day one and a fantastic development programme, as well as a basic salary of £22,000, annual bonus and a competitive benefits package.

You will have the opportunity to spend up to 50% of your time working remotely, with the remaining time spent in an award-winning contact centre in Morley which has been thoughtfully designed with collaborative working spaces, free on-site parking, shower facilities and changing rooms, and places to relax with pool tables and table football.
