Customer Support Expert

We’re looking for people who love to deal with customers and aren’t afraid of a challenge to join our award-winning contact centre in Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle.

The role:

With the support of our training team throughout your Grad-Bay journey, you’ll be the frontline customer support to businesses and accountants, providing the best quality advice to help them get the best out of their products to help their business thrive.

By listening to a customer’s issues, you will find out how their business works – and how Sage products work with them. You’ll also identify and advise on additional products which will save them time and effort, ensuring they get the most from their subscription and support their business to grow.

In return you will receive a competitive starting salary of £24,000, increasing to £26,000 after 6 months and the following benefits:

  • Company annual bonus scheme

  • 33 days of annual leave (including bank holiday entitlement)

  • 5 paid volunteering days as part of our Sage Foundation Programme

  • Retail, Dining & Store Discounts via Sage Reward Gateway
