About the role
We are working with a client based in the heart of Durham City Centre, to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis. For the right person this may lead to a permanent role.
The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday – Saturday.
Full training will be provided in order for you to resolve inbound customer queries, regarding their savings and investments, providing outstanding customer service during each call.
As you will be required to work on numerous internal systems, it is essential you have good IT skills.
Experience of working within a financial background, and contact centre experience is advantageous.
