About the role
We are working with a client based in the heart of Durham City Centre to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis. For the right person this may lead to a permanent role.
The successful candidate will be required to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8am-10pm Monday - Saturday. This is an office-based role.
Full training will be provided in order for you to resolve inbound customer queries about their savings and investments and provide outstanding customer service during each call.
As you will be required to work on numerous internal systems it is essential you have good IT skills.
Experience of working within a financial background, and contact centre experience, is advantageous.
