About the role

Customer Service Advisor - £20,900 pa

• Great working hours Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm and an early finish on a Friday, 8.00am – 12.30pm. No weekends!

• Location: Doxford Park, Sunderland

We’re looking to recruit dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Advisors to join an expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls and acting as a first point of contact

• Dealing with enquiries in an efficient, courteous and friendly focussed manner

• Handling general enquires via telephone, web, email and any other communication channels

• Ensuring your calls are compliant and meet quality standards

• Undertake administrative tasks as instructed

• Share goals and objectives with colleagues across the business

About you:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused, performance driven environment

• Passionate about customer experience

• Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment

• Ability to multitask, recording information accurately with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills at all levels
