About the role
We are delighted to be working with a leading insurance company who is offering an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager.
The role will be based in London and will involve hybrid working (minimum 8 days a month in the office).
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Per Annum

The role:
To provide financial insight to the business and drive a robust performance management culture through the use of financial data, acting as a true business partner.
Key responsibilities:
Play a leading role in the planning, forecasting and budgeting process
Financial modelling of business performance and new commercial opportunities to improve business outcomes
Seek out areas for continuous commercial improvement, assisting with improvements to processes and controls by implementing innovative ideas
About you:
General insurance experience
CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified
Innovative and proactive approach to resolving problems
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills
Commercial acumen and experience of using data to influence strategic direction
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative with limited guidance
