Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

We are delighted to be working with a leading insurance company who is offering an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager.

The role will be based in London and will involve hybrid working (minimum 8 days a month in the office).

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 Per Annum

The role:

To provide financial insight to the business and drive a robust performance management culture through the use of financial data, acting as a true business partner.

Key responsibilities:

  • Play a leading role in the planning, forecasting and budgeting process

  • Financial modelling of business performance and new commercial opportunities to improve business outcomes

  • Seek out areas for continuous commercial improvement, assisting with improvements to processes and controls by implementing innovative ideas

About you:

  • General insurance experience

  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified

  • Innovative and proactive approach to resolving problems

  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills

  • Commercial acumen and experience of using data to influence strategic direction

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to work on own initiative with limited guidance
