About the role
A major player in the Wealth Management sector with an enviable reputation are looking to appoint a Client Service Executive into their office in Newcastle City Centre.
This role is 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm with hybrid working available.
As a Client Service Executive, you will work closely alongside the Investment Management team to review and develop best practice and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory frameworks. You will be the first point of contact for the client life cycle, and take ownership of admin processes for your Investment Management team.
We are keen to speak to candidates who have an administrative/ secretarial background in Wealth Management, who are approachable, detail orientated, and able to work within a fast-paced team environment.
About the role:
First point of contact for clients including attending meetings and managing correspondence regarding client administration matters.
Main liaison between the Investment Management team and Operations team.
Take responsibility for sharing knowledge and business updates with the wider team.
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and process improvement.
Contribute to company development by participating in projects and committees.
Answer incoming phone calls on reception and managing post.
About you:
Previous experience of working within Financial Services, Wealth Management or the Investment sector
Previous experience managing end-to-end administration processes, and full understanding of the client life cycle process
Able to communicate and build relationships with clients and intermediaries
Able to work well under pressure
