The client
The client is a commercial energy supplier based in Manchester who’s culture is based around open doors and friendly faces, we are helping them find a like-minded Project Manager to join their friendly and fast growing customer centric business.
About the role
The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining my clients effectiveness and efficiency by delivering strategic plans for implementing IT solutions. They will lead and manage multiple digital, business and operational projects.
Key responsibilities
Supporting teams and the wider business on how to use Agile/Scrum methodologies to support clients
development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
To support the full software development life cycle from obtaining user requirements through user testing training and implementation.
Providing all necessary support to the team through effective leadership
The ability to deliver Projects successfully in a fast moving
environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of Agile methodology and working practices
Experience leading a development team
Experience working in a challenging and complex environment with evidence of having been involved in the delivery of software development projects
