About the role
The world’s leading ferry operator with a revenue of 1.9bn are looking for an Audience Insights Specialist to join their team.
Experienced in marketing, you will possess strong communication and presentation skills with thorough knowledge and understanding of the travel and insights industry.
The role is based in Newcastle with hybrid working available.
The role
Creating the data extracts needed for analysis, you will participate in ongoing product development and campaign activities, as well as discussions with the various marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Supporting the implementation of tools and strategies to extract and translate raw data into valuable analytics, to give definition to the company-wide metrics
Running projects and contributing to key initiatives, to help drive business decisions
About you
3+ years marketing and analytics experience
Advanced understanding of Google Analytics
Experience with data visualisation software, preferably Tableau & Alteryx
Willingness to travel
Presentation and communication skills
