Being a Recruitment Consultant will see you working with both candidates and clients to create great career matches and long-standing relationships.

No day will ever be the same. You will be busy, challenged and fulfilled continually. Bored is not a word any of our staff ever use.

You will work in a consultative manner guiding and giving advice whilst winning new business. Our Recruitment Consultants say this gives them a constant sense of achievement, with great earning potential.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

  •     Contact prospective clients to win new business and develop relationships using sales techniques and strategies

  •     Provide advice and guidance to clients and candidates using your market knowledge that you learn from being in the role

  •     Enable clients to find their next superstar candidate through detailed searches and networking

  •     Continually build quality candidates and client relationships by advising on all matters recruitment, career development, processes and remuneration packages

Whilst doing this you will enjoy flexible start and finish times, work from home days, collaborate with a highly experienced team and benefit from a culture of support and development.

Who you are:

You do not need any experience in recruitment to be successful in this role. We will give you all the tools you need.

Your characteristics and personal attributes will need to be centred around tenacity, professionalism, partnership, teamwork, resilience, and most importantly ambition. To be successful in this role you will:

  • Diligently work towards targets

  • Have a key eye for detail

  •    Be a clear and concise communicator with the ability to speak with confidence

  • Be a keen learner

  • Possess great relationship building skills

  • Want to succeed and be able to push yourself out of your comfort zone
