One of the most respected household names in Financial Planning and Wealth Management are looking to add to their Admin team in Newcastle City Centre.
Whether you’re an experienced Administrator, or a recent graduate, we are keen to speak with candidates who would like to work for a financial institution whose centuries of success speaks for itself.
We are looking to recruit adaptable people who are interested in developing their skills within a professional financial environment.
This role is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract until the end of February 2023 working 35 hours a week (Monday - Friday) in their modern Newcastle office.
About the role:
Carry out admin duties in line with company processes and procedures
Identify continuous improvements in processes
Provide excellent client service and update stakeholders
Support delivery of projects where appropriate
Strong academic background
Professional written and spoken communication skills
Problem solver and analytical thinker
Able to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Organised and able to prioritise workload
