This opportunity comes with a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 and involves hybrid working (3 days in the office).

The role:

Reporting to the Head of Financial Systems, you will be someone who has a passion for systems whilst being a fully (or nearly) qualified accountant. The successful candidate will be working extremely closely with the IT team and must have an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Your key duties will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the finance system
• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the finance system
• Working with members of the Finance and IT teams and users across the firm in identifying areas for improvement
• Project managing finance systems changes and upgrades
• Building a strong relationship with the IT team and financial software suppliers
• Ensuring computerised audit trail is maintained
• Being point of contact for finance system related issues

• Producing month end external reports
• Reviewing and maintaining existing management reports
• Preparing ad-hoc reports as required

• Preparing information as required for the annual Accounts
