Since joining the Executive team, Hamish has gained extensive knowledge of the Executive Search marketplace across a wide range of industries. Whilst working on exclusive Executive headhunt mandates, Hamish has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for the challenge of finding the perfect match between candidate and client, focusing not only on skills and qualifications but also aligning cultural fit and long-term potential.

For some recent vacancies, NRG listened and understood our needs which resulted in positive outcomes with us being able to appoint two great candidates. Not only do they tackle each challenge with professionalism, they always bring a light hearted and friendly approach too.

Working with Catherine this year has been fantastic. In particular I had a non-standard Payroll & HR Systems Manager role to fill and knew it would be tricky finding a candidate with technical expertise who would also be a strong fit into the team and culture. The candidates selected by Catherine were all of a really high calibre and that's testament to the time she took to really understand the business and listen to what we needed. Not all recruiters do this and it was a pleasure to see. We couldn't be happier with our latest team member and don't know how we managed before she joined.
