One of the Uk’s leading IT companies are looking to appoint a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to work in their office located in Gateshead. This role is offered working 20 – 25 hours per week, with flexible working available.
This is a varied role and would suit someone who is a good multitasker who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
Support Front of House, ensuring all customers are given warm welcome and security requirements are met
Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the office and meeting rooms to maintain the image of the business, deal with housekeeping
Book internal and external meeting rooms
Support senior management and wider team with admin tasks including arranging travel and expenses
Internal and external mail processing, liaise with couriers
Social media posting
Previous reception and admin experience
Experienced in answering the phone and dealing with customers
Excellent MS Office knowledge including excel and word
Enthusiastic and proactive, with a flexible attitude to work
