Receptionist Office Administrator- Part Time

About the role

One of the Uk’s leading IT companies are looking to appoint a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to work in their office located in Gateshead. This role is offered working 20 – 25 hours per week, with flexible working available.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who is a good multitasker who wants to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:

  • Support Front of House, ensuring all customers are given warm welcome and security requirements are met

  • Responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the office and meeting rooms to maintain the image of the business, deal with housekeeping

  • Book internal and external meeting rooms

  • Support senior management and wider team with admin tasks including arranging travel and expenses

  • Internal and external mail processing, liaise with couriers

  • Social media posting

About you:

  • Previous reception and admin experience

  • Experienced in answering the phone and dealing with customers

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge including excel and word

  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with a flexible attitude to work
