Receptionist

About the role

Due to continued expansion, an organization based in Durham are looking to add a receptionist to their front of house team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time role, working hours of 8-5 Monday to Friday. As a receptionist, you will be first point of contact to the business, and be responsible for greeting customers warmly both in person and on the phone.

About the role:

  • First point of contact to customers in person, and on email and phone

  • Dealing with many enquiries over the phone and email

  • Ensure customer areas are kept tidy, and visitors to the business are offered refreshments.

  • Work collaboratively with all departments within the business

  • Daily admin duties

About you:

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Drive to deliver excellent customer service and go the extra mile for customers.

  • Organised and able to multitask.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
