About the role
Due to continued expansion, an organization based in Durham are looking to add a receptionist to their front of house team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time role, working hours of 8-5 Monday to Friday. As a receptionist, you will be first point of contact to the business, and be responsible for greeting customers warmly both in person and on the phone.
About the role:
First point of contact to customers in person, and on email and phone
Dealing with many enquiries over the phone and email
Ensure customer areas are kept tidy, and visitors to the business are offered refreshments.
Work collaboratively with all departments within the business
Daily admin duties
Professional telephone manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Drive to deliver excellent customer service and go the extra mile for customers.
Organised and able to multitask.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
