Project Manager

We are looking to recruit a confident and dynamic Project Manager to join a rapidly expanding operation in Newcastle to execute various project across all operational areas. This role would suit someone that has Project Manager experience in a fast paced and complex environment, working with multiple stakeholders and departments.

As Project Manager you will be based out of their Newcastle Centre of Excellence with occasional travel to other sites.

The salary is up to circa £40,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the project lifecycle, working collaboratively with operational teams to deliver projects on time

  • Creating and maintaining project plans, including resource plans, status updates and managing risks

  • Working with the senior leadership team to deliver projects in line with the wider business strategy and regulations

  • Be the first point of contact within the business for any project update

  • Completing activities with pre-agreed timelines and delivery dates

  • Working closely with and managing third party relationships involved in a project

  • Identify, analyse, and track project performance

About you:

  • Previous experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within a contact centre environment

  • Ideally a relevant Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 or similar

  • A proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced organisation

  • Significant stakeholder management experience

  • Ability to interpret and use complex data

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
