About the role
We are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Tyneside, who are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in private client work and a desire to build a long-term legal career within a supportive and professional environment.
Role Overview
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide key support to the Private Client team, assisting with a varied caseload that may include:
Wills and probate
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Trusts and estate administration
Court of Protection matters
Client correspondence and document preparation
Legal research and file management
Liaising with clients, third parties, and external professionals
What We are Looking For
Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role, ideally within Private Client
A law degree and/or completion of the LPC or equivalent qualification is desirable
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
A team player with a proactive and professional attitude
