About the role
An international print company that provides specialist services has a great opportunity for an Office Manager to join their team in Gateshead. This role is full-time and fully office-based working 37 hours per week.
The purpose of the role is to provide full admin support to the Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Competitive salary of £25,000.
Duties will include:
Booking meeting rooms
Data management and filing
Office housekeeping
Meet and greet visitors
Key HR Processes
Prepare and minute Board Group meetings
Manage travel arrangements
Admin for the management team
About you:
Must have three years of experience in a similar role
HR experience
Knowledge of Sage Software and payroll
Fantastic interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with sensitive information discreetly to keep confidentiality
