As one of the fastest growing IT companies in the UK, our client is looking to add an experienced Cloud Engineer to their Cloud Support Team.

This role will sit within the support function and be responsible for providing 3rd line escalations, using creativity and initiative to solve complex cloud computing issues. You will also take on a lead role, mentoring other members within the team.

Responsibilities:
Understand and manage demand, capacity and resources.
Mentor and manage a small team of skilled Cloud Engineers.
Act as an escalation point within the business for all 3rd line Cloud related tickets.
Manage tickets in accordance with SLAs.
Experience:
Previous experience working in a support environment.
Knowledge of MS Azure – Any certifications would be a benefit but not a requirement.
MS Office 365.
Hypervisor experience – VMWare / Hyper-V etc.
