Who We’re Looking For:

• Graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for finance and with some relevant work experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – successful candidates have come from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds

• Strong teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

• Motivated individuals with initiative, ambition, and a desire to grow
