A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join a dynamic team in the North East on a permanent, full-time basis. This role offers 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an annual salary of £37,292, and an OTE of around £43,000 per year, which includes standby payments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be joining a Property Maintenance and Construction Department and will be responsible for undertaking electrical repairs, as well as performing associated multi-skilled repairs across both domestic and commercial properties. The work must be carried out to a high standard, while also ensuring excellent customer service is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical repairs and multi-skilled repairs across both domestic and commercial properties

  • Provide a high standard of customer service, communicating effectively with tenants and clients

  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and industry standards

  • Operate within a target-driven environment, meeting both quality and performance objectives

About the Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance environment

  • A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people

  • A solid understanding of the electrical trade and broader building construction sector, including knowledge of components, materials, building trades, and regulations

  • NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications in Electrical Installation, along with the 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection certifications

  • A full driving licence and access to transport
