Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (2 days in office / 3 days from home)
Salary: up to £40,000 ( + £6,000 bonus)
NRG are seeking experienced an Data Analyst to join our Client headquartered out of Newcastle upon Tyne.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization that has recently modernized and invested heavily into its Business Intelligence platform.

Reporting to the Data Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the team by developing organizational insights and empowering business leaders and managers with improved decision-making capabilities.
Job Duties:
Analysing behaviours, inputs, and outputs to recognize trends and deliver actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
Developing and monitoring key performance indicators.
Producing accurate weekly and monthly reports.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders
Ensuring data is accurate, clean, and up-to-date.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven decisions
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a analytical position producing key insights, visual and compelling reports / dashboards.
Experience with Visualisation tools such as Power BI
Capability in Business Intelligence, Modelling Data and Visualization
Stakeholder management
Excellent communication and team working skills
